Patana was born at the Altana Arabian Stud in Germany in February 1999 and bred by Engel Fritz. She is out of the beautifully refined mare Prosa and sired by Weteran. Weteran was bred
in Michalow State Stud, Poland, and imported to Germany in 1996. He raced successfully
in Warsaw, Poland.
Patana has a strong polish pedigree with Probat on both her maternal and paternal side.
Patana was purchased in 2006, as the second Arabian mare at Anthara Arabians.
